Congratulations to Ms. Johnson's and Mr. Murphy's senior infants for successfully learning the 42 sounds taught in Jolly Phonics. They are delighted with their certificates. Maybe by Chris Haughton Ms Kelly’s Junior Infants read and listened to the wonderful picture book, Maybe by Chris Haughton. The children really enjoyed the story and even drew their own interpretation of the illustrations afterwards. The lucky children even had the story read to them again by some of their older reading buddies! Well done Junior Infants! Recently Mr. Griffin's First Class paired up Mr. Murphy's Senior Infants for Buddy Reading. Ms. Massey's Second Class also paired up with Ms. Kelly's Junior Infants. |
